Domain Rating (DR) is a score from 0 to 100 created by Ahrefs. It shows how strong a website’s backlink profile is compared to other sites. The higher the number, the stronger the profile.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is Domain Rating (DR)?<\/b><\/h2>\n

DR looks only at backlinks. It checks how many different websites link to a domain and how strong those linking websites are. A link from a high-DR site counts for more than a link from a brand-new site.<\/span><\/p>\n

The scale isn’t linear. Moving from DR 20 to DR 30 is much easier than moving from DR 70 to DR 80.<\/span><\/p>\n
