Our Platform is available to Users who have opened an Account (as further detailed below) and will be made available to Users through a dashboard.
Buyer places an order, which includes certain criteria pertaining to the based-on filters which is termed as order. Upon the completion of the order process, the buyer will be required to pay the applicable fees as detailed below. Such sums will be kept by link publishers and transferred to the seller upon the successful publication of the post. "successful publication" shall occur to the extent that the post is published in accordance with the terms and criteria stipulated in the order. Seller hereby agrees that if the post was not published in accordance with all criteria stipulated in the order, then this will not be considered as a "successful publication" and the seller will not be entitled to any payment (and the fees transferred to link publishers by the buyer for such services shall be refunded to the buyer's link publishers account).
The order will be sent to the applicable seller, for his approval. If the seller is unable to provide the required services in accordance with the terms stipulated in the order, the order will be declined and the fees will be refunded to the buyer's link publishers account.
Upon the successful publication of the post, a e-mail of publication will be issued to the buyer on registered e-mail, ratifying the publication of the post, in accordance with the terms agreed in the order ("notice of publication").
Please note that prices for posts may vary and it is your responsibility to periodically check the prices published on the site. For our content writing service, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to increase or decrease the price anytime.
It is hereby clarified that link publishers is not a party to any agreement executed among its users arising from their use of the site and/or the services, and that it disclaims all liability in connection thereto.

You may have only 1 active account and creating multiple accounts with same e-mail ID, which is already taken is not allowed
In order to protect the security of your Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) available on your Account to the greatest extent possible, you must safeguard and not disclose your Account log-in details and you must supervise the use of such Account.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and for all activities that occur under your account. If we in good faith believe you have created an Account impersonating another person you may be exposed to civil and/or criminal liability.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or delegate your duties under the Account without the prior written consent of Famous. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. The fees for the Service are specified in the Site. Payments are currently accepted and processed solely in U.S Dollars.
All payments are processed via PayPal, Link Publishers, can add, edit or delete the payment modes at its sole discretion anytime. Right now, we are only using PayPal, as a mode of payment, but later we will be providing card payments too.
Commission percentage may be amended from time to time by Link Publishers at its sole discretion. If you do not agree to an updated commission schedule, you may terminate your use of the Service before the new commission rates are entered into effect.
Payment will be deducted from the buyer by Link Publishers, upon placing successful order, and will be provided to the seller on completion of the order. Refund will be initiated by Link Publishers as per refund policy.
You, as a User of our Site, may not offer to or receive payment from other Users using any method other than through the Service. You, as the Buyer, may not pay Sellers directly and you, as the Buyer, may not accept such payment. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it to us immediately.
You may not cancel Orders once they have been submitted finally approved by the Seller(s) and no refunds will be made under these circumstances. Refunds will be transferred to your wallet, upon the receipt from Link Publishers, a written notice of rejection, according to which a successful publication did not accrued in accordance with the Order

Failure to comply with any of the provisions set forth herein may result (at Link Publishers sole discretion) in the termination of your use of the Service and may also expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

Subject to delivery of full payment to Seller, the Seller hereby assigns and transfers to Buyer, without additional consideration other than the consideration delivered to the Seller for the Posts, the entire right, title and interest that the Seller may have in and to the Post. Without derogating from the foregoing, we reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification by you, which will not excuse your indemnity obligations hereunder and in which event you will fully cooperate with us in asserting any available defense.
